2004 Mach 1 supercharger question

A friend of mine has an 04 Mach 1, he found a good deal on a complete 03-04 cobra supercharger would that be a direct bolt in or what would need to be done, I know he would lose the shaker and would need a new hood but besides that would it work or what????

thanks for the help
