1 - phillips head screwdriver

How-To
1) disconnect your current foglights's pigtail connections.
2) take off bumper (2 7/16" bolts inside each fender + 2 plastic screws under the hood) and set it down.
3) using a phillips head screwdriver, remove each foglight from their respective bezel.
4) with the foglights off, use your dremel to grind down the middle (bottom most) mounting point to HALF it's current height (the mount is under the adjustment screw marked in
GREEN in the picture below). also, sand down the support (it's the small tapered piece on the angled part of that mounting point) as the termi fog will hit this.
5) remove the top-puter most bezel bolt (marked in
RED in the picture below) and shave < 1/16" of the inner part of the bumper bracket (that the bezel attaches to) as the termi fog will hit this.
6) place the termi fog in the bezel, notice that it hits the outer mounting points; using the dremel + sandpaper bit, sand away some of the plastic "square" (noted by the
BLUE arrows in the picture below). check the fitment of the fog in each bezel, the glass should touch the bezel when felt from the outside.
7) using the dremel + sandingstone bit, sand off the rivet that attaches the "J" part of the hing to the rotating mount (what's left is the tiny hole in the top of the "J" in the picture below).
8) using the screwdriver, remove the center pieces from both hinges. using the pliers, bend off (or cut if you have a dremel attachment/vice + hack saw) one of the holes on each center piece.
9) using the spacer, a bolt, some washers and a locking nut, attach the "J" to the fog light like in the picture below.
10) place the termi fog in the appropriate bezel, and use one of the new screws + washer to attach through bracket, through the top-outer fog hole and into the top-outer bezel mount point.
11) using a bolt, some washers and a locking nut, attach the bracket from
(7) to the bottom-inner fog hole. using one of the "stock" fog mounting screws, screw the other end of the bracket into the fog mounting point in the bezel.
12) repeat steps 4-11 for the other side.
13) remount the bumper.
14) align your fogs.
